We make every reasonable effort to make a client’s purchase one that will please for years to come. All sales are made with a 10-day full refund guarantee and a 30-day store credit option for the purchaser, excluding special order and special sale merchandise. Gift recipients may receive a store credit for 60 days after purchase.
Timepiece Repairs: We are a Certified Watch Service Center
As an authorized representative for more than 20 timepiece brands, we offer watch-repair customers the option of sending their repairs to the original manufacturer, or to have the work done by one of our in-house, certified, highly trained watchmakers. All in-house watch repairs are done with a 12-month guarantee on workmanship and materials. There may be a charge for additional materials used on guarantee repairs. This does not cover physical or water damage or material not originally replaced.
