Where We Ship
We offer free shipping and returns on orders $50+ within the continental United States. This includes insurance to cover the potential loss or theft of your purchase.

• Orders over $2,000 will be sent via FedEx.
• Orders up to $2,000 will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
• LaViano Jewelers offers FedEx shipping with Saturday delivery for an extra

charge.
Shipments to US territories such as Puerto Rico will be sent via USPS only. An
additional charge may be required for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.
*Please note: Orders with a value of $1,000 or greater will require a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping
We do not offer international ordering online. Depending on international customs restrictions, we may be able to ship to certain countries. Arrangements for such purchases can be requested by emailing: info@lavianojewelers.com or calling(201) 664-0616
When We Ship
Customers should allow 2-3 business days for their online order to be processed.
Orders are typically shipped from our NJ location. Information will be emailed to you once the shipping label has been created.
Special orders may delay shipping time. We’ll notify you if this applies to your order.
Expedited Shipping
Items with a value of $2,000 or more are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. To request upgraded shipping on an item under $2,000, emailinfo@lavianojewelers.comor call us at (201) 664-0616The additional shipping charges will be invoiced to you separately.
P.O. Box Addresses
We are able to ship to a P.O. Box through standard USPS Priority Mail for orders up
to $5,000.
In-Store Pickups
Store pickup is available on in-stock items, Tuesday - Saturday. Please note, not all items are immediately available in all stores. If you request in-store pickup on your order, you will be notified when the item is available for pick-up. Please bring this email and a photo ID to the store for the proof of purchase
